The Petition of the Month

The Supreme Court Press “Petition of the Month”TM is Zoe Spencer v. Virginia State University, Supreme Court Dkt. No. 19-30, an appeal coming out of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The petition was filed pro se by the petitioner Zoe Spencer, Assistant Professor in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Virginia State University.
